Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm ET, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
- Standard domestic: 2 to 5 business days
- Expedited: 1 to 2 business days (calculated at checkout)
- Flat-rate shipping: $25 on domestic orders under $200
- Free shipping on all domestic orders over $200
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Cold-chain packaging is used where appropriate to preserve compound integrity.

At PXPtides, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality-control standards, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because product integrity cannot be guaranteed once products leave our facility, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been shipped and delivered.
We are unable to accept returned products for resale, inventory restocking, or quality assurance purposes.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final except as specifically outlined in this policy.
2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements
A replacement shipment or refund may be provided if:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The order arrives damaged during transit.
- The shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier.
- Items are missing from the order.
- A verified fulfillment error occurred on our part.
Claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
To submit a claim, email admin@pxptides.com and include:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photographs of the product received.
- Photographs of the external packaging and shipping label, if applicable.
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
3. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contents.
Claims for damaged products must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
Upon review and approval, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Issue a replacement shipment; or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method.
4. Lost Packages
A package may be considered lost only after carrier investigation confirms non-delivery or loss in transit.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier may require additional review before a replacement or refund is approved.
We reserve the right to request additional information to assist in carrier investigations.
5. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or if items are missing from your order, contact admin@pxptides.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
Upon verification, we will promptly ship the correct item, ship the missing item, or issue an appropriate refund.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds, replacements, returns, credits, or exchanges will not be provided for:
- Orders delivered successfully to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Customer ordering the wrong product.
- Customer changing their mind after purchase.
- Refused deliveries.
- Failure to retrieve a package from the carrier.
- Incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.
- Products that have been opened, altered, or tampered with.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expectations.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has entered processing, packaging, fulfillment, or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Requests for cancellation should be submitted immediately to admin@pxptides.com.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are generally processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days after approval, although actual posting times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.
