Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm ET, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
- Standard domestic: 2 to 5 business days
- Expedited: 1 to 2 business days (calculated at checkout)
- Free shipping on all domestic orders over $200
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Cold-chain packaging is used where appropriate to preserve compound integrity.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contains a fulfillment error, or is confirmed lost in transit, contact support@pxptide.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged packaging and contents. We will work with the carrier and either reship the order at no cost or issue a full refund.
Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and our inability to verify the storage conditions of returned material, all sales are final once a vial has been opened, used, or otherwise tampered with.
Unopened, undamaged products may be eligible for return at our discretion if requested within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the product is returned in its original, sealed packaging using appropriate cold-chain materials. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product, or within 5 business days of claim approval for damaged or lost shipments.
We do not refund shipping charges except where the return is a direct result of our error (incorrect item shipped, damaged in transit, or fulfillment mistake).
Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be cancelled or modified prior to shipment by emailing support@pxptide.com. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, and the return policy above will apply.
Refused Shipments
Refused or undeliverable shipments returned to us will be refunded less the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
